Thanks for the suggestions, Bunny Dojo!

Perhaps I didn't explain well enough, but I'll be doing a cover for each of the 7 seasons, keeping the main group (Buffy, Xander, Willow, Giles) constant and swapping out characters as they pertain to each individual season. For instance, Buffys image will be the same across all 7 covers, but Angel (the guy by the moon) will be replaced with a different character (Spike) starting with Season 4, since Angel left for his own show at the end of Season 3.

I'll also be doing the color change each season like you demonstrated (and others had mentioned), along with the character-swapping. This will allow me to do each individual season without having irrelevant characters on the cover and sparing me the trouble of making 7 completely different keyarts.

Sysadmin did something similar with his Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles covers, he had one constant image but just changed the characters as they related to each season.

Make sense? Sound good?

Can't flip the pic to make her face out, it doesn't look right. Her face gets all goofy when trying to mirror the image. I'll try to flip the body without flipping the head...

I think her size is good, seems balanced with Snyder...

sounds good as i said just a suggestion she just seemed kind weird with being son small behind Giles but i see what you with keep the same size has snyder so good call looking forward to an update.

Yep. I hadn't thoroughly read since last night when it seemed like you were still considering options. I'm definitely familiar with the great work HalfBreed did on Terminator, a great set, as I'm sure this will be.

Oh duh... completely forgot that HalfBreed did those... why does the gallery label the artist as "sysadmin?"

BTW, I tried to flip Joyce to face the other way... without spending a lot of unnecessary time on it, it doesn't look right. I'll leave her as is... no big deal.

agreed if it becomes to much work just leave,fantastic job so far.

I didn't get to reading this whole thread, but I love this cover! Only that vampire on the corner bugs me a little but if he must stay there then let it be. I can't wait to see the back!

What is it that bugs you about the vampire? Do you think it actually looks better without him?

If you can explain why it bothers you, it might lead to changing the cover for the better?

I have no idea, but have changed said covers to their rightful owner, Halfbreed.





Oh, and I have watched the first 3 seasons of this show, coz I was told it would get better down the road. Sadly it didn't - for me.
It's all down to personal preferences, but this juvenile teenage show really is that IMO; juvenile and made for teenagers. Oh, and boring to boot
I'd go with The Walking Dead or True Blood anytime!
