There's just a little too much empty space between the quote and the synopsis, and between the synopsis and the stills...
You can probably enlarge the quote to fill the width of the cover and if it's a quote from a critic, you might want to cite who said it underneath. That should take care of that area of empty space.
As for the dead space around the synopsis, the synopsis text is okay, but the line spacing is a bit too close together. If you spread it out a bit more, you can fill in that empty space below the synopsis and above the stills.
Then I think you might be done!!!

There was too much space up there, i left the synopsis text as is just made the space between the lines bigger as you suggested , and i decided to look for a better quote and i think i found one that fits the movie better, but i was not sure how to put it up, i need your lights on that one, the guy writes for npr a site on the net, should the name read Scott Tobias for npr , or something different??

Answered my own question, finally found a cover with a quote that i could see the smaller print, copied the layout, it does look filled out!!

I still think you can enlarge the quote to fill the width of the synopsis area.
Also, there's no need to make NPR bigger than Scott Tobias. Why not center the citation under the quote and have the citation read:
- Scott Tobias,
National Public RadioYou might even be able to increase the line-spacing of the synopsis more and move it up a bit. There's still a lot of blank area surrounding that critic quote.
These are minor adjustments, and if you're tired of working on this cover, I'd understand. Just my two cents (although I think I've thrown in about 80 cents to this thread already!

I hope i didn't stretch it too much (synopsis) i made the quote a little bigger so it would look good when i spaced the letters, and no i don't mind working on it, and for what it's worth you're nearer 85 cents Kernie

and thanks!!

Capitalize the first letters in
National
Public
Radio and put the whole "National Public Radio" in Italics, to differentiate the program from the critic.
Remove the space between the quotation mark and "A Bewitching..." and the space between "Sea" and the quotation mark.
Shift both the quote and citation up a bit to a leave a little space above the synopsis.
Then I think you might be good...
