I think the cover looks sweet. Just enlarge the credit block like sauron pointed out and maybe be sure you're in the Universal template, but otherwise, I think the design, colors, layout is pretty awesome!!
I don't mind the "9" on the spine where it is. But it might not hurt to try it up further (maybe just below the little dude at the top?).

Just a thought, what if you moved the quote on the front a put it in place of the Perfect picture quote on the back, its stands out a bit and is kinda big, I think this will give the front a nice clean look.
I like the way this going.

The universal logo is way too big. Use the universal template and it will be included with it.
