So, thanks to a blizzard, I'm stuck inside and have decided to just relax and crank out some covers. With these uploads, my gallery count hits 1,000; which I feel is somewhat of a personal victory, although still a meaningless milestone. :D :D :D

First up is one that I've been meaning to get to for a while, Marvel's new "Super Hero Squad Show" (it's a kid's show, but I think it's the last of Marvel's recent shows that I haven't done a cover for yet... oh, wait... there's still Black Panther :( and Volume 5 of X-Men – which I'm just waiting to confirm episode order and specs). Either way, I'm not sure what company owns the DVD rights for Super Hero Squad, but since Disney bought Marvel, I used the Disney/Buena Vista template... if that turns out to be the incorrect company, I'll update it with the correct studio legals and such.

The Super Hero Squad Show:

Next are two sets that I'm quite happy with: "Iron Man" and "Iron Man 2." For Iron Man 1, I had to clone out the title treatment that went just above his "arc reactor" chestpiece from the original artwork, which I think came out pretty well. I planned to use either of the sweet theatrical posters for Iron Man, but felt they didn't fit too well with my template, so I went down another route.

I'll update the Iron Man 2 cover once proper DVD/Blu-ray Special Features are announced (probably not till late summer/early fall).

Iron Man:

Iron Man 2:

And finally, two of Marvel's lesser films: "Fantastic Four" and "Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer." I actually kind of liked "Rise of the Silver Surfer," although Dr. Doom was still horrendously miscast and Julian McMahon plays him like a sleazy p0rn mogul rather than a regal and powerful diplomat. Despite that, here's covers in both DVD and Blu-ray.

Fantastic Four:

Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer:

The Entire Collection: (138 DVD's, 40 Blu-ray's)

Enjoy!!! :D :D :D

Thanks, glad you both are still digging this collection!! The people who continue to comment and engage in conversation about these films & shows are really the people who I'm doing this for and make it all worthwhile, so I can't tell you how much I appreciate the consistent feedback from everyone here!

The Daywalker is definitely near the top of my to-do list... maybe that's what I'll do today (after I dig myself out of my house)... :chin: :chin: :D :D

Small update. Unfortunately, I didn't get to any of the Blade films yet, but I did find the time to put something together for "Ghost Rider," pretty much because it's quicker to do a one-shot movie than a whole trilogy (plus a TV series). I'll probably start on Blade and Punisher next (which should take care of all of Marvel's theatrical films from Blade to the present). And from there... who knows?

Enjoy!! :D :D :D

I'm glad you've continued making the covers for us, the collection is outstanding, I look forward to the continuation of them, and there are still quite a few to go in the live action category as well as the animation category. :chin:

I'm not going to start adding lists as you have an excellent knowledge of what's left to do, but can I ask one question regarding "Watchmen" and please don't take this as a request :D , Warner released two other video's to cash-in on the "Watchmen" franchise "The Complete Motion Comic" and "Tales of the Black Freighter & Under the Hood". My question is would these fall into the category of comic book adaptations to be added to this collection at some point?

Ghostrider looks excellent, love the chains and the skull on the back, and it surprises me where you find all the comic book images you place across the top of each back cover, excellent work again.

Many Thanks Again :thumb:
