Awesome set, how comes Thor the dark world doesn't have a paramount or universal logo on the spine?

Because it wasn't released by Paramount or Universal. It was the first Marvel film outside of the original Paramount contract and fully distributed by Disney. To their credit, Disney has been largely leaving their logo off of the Marvel films that they have been associated with and allowing the Marvel Studios logo to stand on its own.

At least that's my assumption for Cirus' decision... :shrug:

BTW, this set looks amazing, Cirus!
