My provider is between 16 and 24 Mbits down.
On large files i usually get 17 Mbits.
Connection in Holland.

Service provider speed: 100/10 Mb, however, the speed test came out at 8810/1528 kbp
Average download speed: 1174.48 KB/sec
Residence: Sweden
