I think this guy is a total fraud myself, this little comment right here tells you all you need to know.

I looked at the first three on his "new" list.
First one, this is for sure it, you can tell by the pixel distortion on the faces on the front, it's a exact match.

This second one on his list, is one that should get him a warning, it's a custom from R1DB and not even a retail to begin with.

And the third one is here.

Then I stopped looking, I have no doubt every one he uploaded came from somewhere on the web.
If were up to me I'd give him a warning for posting the custom he did not make as that is a more serious site rule violation anyway.
Decline his request for contributor and tell him not to try again as he is wasting everyone's time here.
The he can subscribe again if he wants and go back to being a nothing in the background.

He
really shot himself in the foot, didn't he? All he had to do was post 8 Blu-ray.com builds. But, this new batch he linked to is another mix of stolen things. To continue your investigation,
Body of Lies is also a grabbed custom.
And I agree with you on that sentence you quoted being disheartening: "you cant proof it i downloaded from the other and upload here." Of course each scan is appreciably different and -- especially -- each custom is different! For someone who's been downloading here a decade to know nothing about the individual work that goes into a cover is remarkable.
Applying for Contributor with work that is clearly, provably not his (multiple times) should lead to disqualification.

I agree with what C has said, it’s pretty clear he is trying his luck to just gain access to download covers for free.

Thank you all. His contributor request has been denied, and I have issued him with a warning about uploading other peoples artwork.

He is now uploading some labels for approval, how can we be sure these are his work?

You can't.
He can't reapply again straight away, that rule has been there for a while.
• If you do not make a group this time, we encourage you to become more involved in the community here and utilize the WIP section, and then after some time passes try again when you have more experience.
Plus this has been added now too.
• Admin reserve the right to decline contributor status, for reasons not explained above, if we feel it is in the best interest of HiResCovers.
In my opinion his having uploaded other peoples works are enough to deny him any kind of status here ever.

Wouldn't it be better not to accept his works here?

Fantastic work and research Mr. Dojo, thank you for going thoroughly through his uploads. Also great work Baz for doing a great google search of the user. Shouldn't scans be "actual scans"? So the person actually has to own the movie as a Blu-Ray/DVD/4K UHD film that comes in a case with the original cover, and then they scan that cover and uploads it to the site? For me some of these are not actual "scanned covers" and imo should therefore been rejected and or uploaded as customs or ("edited scans") and only accepted if they are in order with all the rules. Based on the fact that he sells counterfeit movies, he most likely does not buy the actual films, but rather downloads them and then burn them out for him to sell/keep, also tells us that he doesn't actually own the cover that he supposedly has "scanned". From looking at just a couple of his covers, most of them seem to be okay but due to the variety of quality in some of the uploads it seems more likely that it's not actually his work, but others that he's just chosen to upload in order to get free access once his subscription runs out as mentioned above. Surely we should not reward this kind of "behavior"? He has a 50% warn ratio already and the number of downloads vs uploads are insane. His IP also seems to be changing quite a lot, so I wouldn't be surprised if this is a shared account. I rather just have the member removed tbh.

He probably doesn’t have a static IP address so this could be why his IP address changes a lot - if you look at my download history or even your download history our IPs will change unless we have a static IP.

The warning level was adjusted the other day by myself. I gave him an official warning for uploading other peoples work, and also advised him that he will not be getting contributor access. He didn't object very strongly at all about the warning either.
