Great work on Monsters, Inc.! This is probably your best back cover of the set so far!
For the title on the spine, perhaps change it from Lime Green to White to help it stand out a little bit more?
On the front, maybe you could play around with the size of the extra characters a bit? If you compare the size of the girl (Celia?) to the size of the dresser and vase in the background, she looks really tiny. Maybe it would be easier to remove a couple of the characters so that you can make the others larger? Or, if there's more of that background available, you can shrink the background a bit so that everything will be sized perfectly.
It's shaping up to be another fantastic entry in your set!
