Thanks JR, and your right, its very fake looking. Have been looking for a paper with folded edges, as the on i used, but more realistic, without luck! Don't want to use a scroll. So thanks Killian I'll try this on, and see how its turn out.

Maybe something like this? What about the chain? Would like to include a chain of some sort, be course of the tagline. but not sure it works like this!

Just type in google "old paper" in the images tab will show loads.

Yup, but now the dark text doesn't work. You'll need to sort the artwork, and then fix your text.

Much better!! Why don't you use the same font used on the names for the top line?

Better, but the TT looks weird on top of the folded paper. perhaps drop the fold?
