Wondering if the shadow from the bike is too dark....Catwoman is definitely too pale!
Maybe more fire in the cloud at the top??

I think the 'bullet rain' should go the other way. Just flip the layer. If you take a look at the 'cloud of bullets' you have a large concentration to the far right, but what are the odds that the shells should be fired by the gun on a moving motor cycle, flip thru the air, and then ALL of them ending up the same place?

Now, if you were to place the most dense part of the cloud closer to the guns blazing, it would look more realistic.
