Yes, if you use adjustment layers then play around with levels/saturation/color balance and so on until you get it right.

Thanks JR good job you pointed that out i tend to over look things like that
Ok have adjusted them, hopefully they look better.
I have also 'brought back' the drinks on the bar as previously i had blurred everything behind them due to the fact they are sitting very close in the original image and for this to work i had to separate them and rebuild everything inbetween but having 2 blurred drinks right next to them didnt seem right.
Also this allowed me to lighten them both at the bar and slightly darken the bright light from the chiller behind so you could read the quote.
ok hopefully were nearly there

Thanks bpm, got a couple of tweaks to do but i think this is finished now
