Being picky you could reduce the stroke size around the barcode box or lose it.
Also the numbers under the barcode should be grey or black, white doesn't work.

No changes on the cape though, I've tried a bunch of things but I can't get it to look any better than that... If anyone cares to make a mockup to give me some pointers be my guest, if not, I'll be leaving it like that, I don't think it looks that bad anyway (and Relocator seems like he kinda likes it too)
