Thanks guys. I am a little morally conflicted right now, since I don't like to make covers for movies not yet available on DVD. I might have to try my hand, and I guess we just create our own synopsis and SF's until the actual DVD is released and then update and reupload? Is that how it's done?

You could always create a cover for a movie that has been released straight to DVD

Baz is correct. Regardless of whether it was released in theaters, DVD, Blu-ray....whatever medium. If IMDB says it released in 2009, it's acceptable. That should ease your moral conflict gutterballs. Any further questions pm Bazzah. I'm taking some away time. See you on the 15th.
