The Hunger Games. Good watch, but don't understand the hype, good but not worth paying at a theater IMO.
BTW, and this is for Kernie, Buffy ROCKS!!!!!!!

The Avengers 9.5/10 VERY entertaining, and hilarious in some places. You don't get better superhero movie around these days (and yes that does include The Amazing Spider-Man and The Dark Knight Rises).
The Dark Knight Rises - Should have been a clean 10/10 - except for the horrible ending that goes way beyond the Batman character, and leaves me with a feeling that perhaps Nolan didn't get the Dark Knight mythology after all!!! In the end I must give this only 8/10.
The Amazing Spider-Man - 8/10 Nice reboot, the Lizard is awesome, even tho the story is a little corny and lacks depth in places.
Hvidsten Gruppen (Danish movie) - about one of the most famous Danish resistance groups during WWII. Original script, decent acting, altho I would have liked the story and the characters especially to have a little more depth. 7.5/10
Fright Night (the re-boot) Was very pleasantly surprised by this movie, which I only bought to use the great custom cover by Yesheman/M0vieM0nster. Very entertaining! 8.5/10

For me this summer has been a big disappointment movie-wise.
The Dark Knight Rises, Prometheus and Hunger Games, all huge and hyped movies with good scores and reviews turned out to be just average in my book. My rating would be 7/10 for the Bat and 6/10 for Prometheus and Hunger Games.
The Avengers didn't disappoint though! Probably among my top 5 cinema experiences ever, and I would rate it a 9/10.
Other movies I've recently watched:
Get the Gringo: 7/10 - Mel Gibson might be a d***, but the dude can act and this role was perfect for him. Funny and serious at the same time.
The Raid Redemption: 8/10 - Great Indonesian action movie! Amazingly choreographed fights.
Madagscar 3: 7/10 - Went to the theatre with my four-year old daughter and she couldn't stop laughing. Neither could I

THE DARK KNIGHT RISES - 9/10 and for me I liked the ending, I thought it worked
THE AVENGERS - 10/10 Simply awesome in every way...Yes I gave it a 9 earlier but now having it on disc and watched it again I actually enjoyed it more
THE AMAZING SPIDERMAN 4/10 Wasn't needed at all IMHO, didn't hit the mark for me, felt disjointed, badly edited, not great writing, very average story, I think Toby did a much better job in the role
BATTLESHIP 3/10 Thought the FX was really good, the actors were good too, let down by the way the story was written, directed or whatever, to many holes you could sail a Battleship through
