Sorry, if it reads as though I'm coming across a bit pushy, my intention was far from that, I just wanted to point out that I thought the majority of the Drones gave off blue light instead of red and that it was only when Ultron took over the Drone that the colour changed to Red.

Of course it's entirely up to Kernie in which colour he chooses and what looks aesthetically pleasing to him on the cover.

I like the blue yes, but the red does look more menacing.

I personally think the red looks better and works with the cover, I haven't seen the film yet but from what everyone is saying that when Ultron controls the drones they go red, makes sense with the scene you have created on the back as looks like they're ready for battle.

Thanks guys for the input. I've decided to keep the red... for all the reasons previously mentioned.

I realize that this is my cover and that I can do with it what I want, but I'm also putting it out there in the WIP to get different perspectives and other ideas. If I just did whatever I wanted, then why should I even bother with the forums? I appreciate the various viewpoints and trying out other directions in an effort to improve the cover and broaden my own design sensibilities.

The blue drones was a solid suggestion and one that I felt worth trying. I actually enjoyed the somewhat ridiculous red drone/blue drone debate. Ultimately, I prefer the red but I am also open to suggestions and willing to explore them.

Thanks to everyone who has commented. I value your feedback and truly do take each comment and criticism to heart and work hard to try to make the best design possible that meets with everyone's approval.
