Yes, but in a very limited capacity... life has been extremely busy for the last four months. I did a project back in May that brought my little operation a lot of attention, so in addition to my course work and job, I've been flooded with paying freelance work.

If you're wondering about updates to the collection, I wouldn't recommend the holding of one's breath. I think I'm close to retirement on this series, save for the occasional new release like Avengers, Dark Knight Rises, etc.

I might find some time over the holidays, but I have a number of other things on my plate at the moment.

However, it has been on my radar... just got my bluray copy yesterday! Haven't had a chance to actually watch it, though. :(

Oh, man, please check back in and tell me how awesome it is (I hope). I just checked out From Dusk Till Dawn (the Canadian blu ray with better video) and that was really a treat, I should get my Rocketeer soon I hope it's a great transfer. Happy Holidays.

On second thought, I'm going to see if I can crank that Rocketeer blu-ray out for you tonight. That way I won't forget. I'll try... :D

The Rocketeer blu-ray edition is now in the gallery for you, Punisherchad... enjoy and happy holidays to you, as well! :D :D :D

[attachment=18382:cofc_roc..._package.jpg]

P.S. Just popped in the Rocketeer blu-ray... and for a 20th Anniversary Edition, you'd think that Disney would put something else on the damn disc besides an HD transfer and a theatrical trailer. Lame... but this is Disney we're talking about. They always half-a$$ their catalogue releases, and even their new releases often fall short of what fans really would like to see in terms of supplemental material.

The HD transfer is decent, however. Nowhere near reference quality, but considering that Rocketeer is not considered one of Disney's crowning cinematic achievements, it's just nice to finally have a Blu-ray at all. Judging by a sticker on the shrink-wrapping, we have Captain America's success to thank for this release, as Disney is clear to point out "From the director of Captain America" on the package sticker.

Plus, the perpetually ageless and beautiful Jennifer Connelly in high definition should count for something as well. :D :D :D
