Ugh... I come out of hiding for one day and you're already making more work for me!
EDIT: Here are the revised covers... hopefully it doesn't look like he's relieving himself anymore...

Great job also prefer this version. Can't wait to watch all of these this summer.

I like both versions because I
know he's holding the shield, but someone who hasn't seen the poster will definitely get the wrong idea.
Hopefully they'll release more kernie-cover-friendly poster soon

Or, in the case of
X-Men: First Class, Fox will release a poster that doesn't look like a class project from a beginner Photoshop class...
Other than the "X" logo teaser poster, I haven't seen a poster (neither domestic nor international) that has impressed me for that film...

There are probably 10000 people who would have done better promo work on X-Men First Class for free, it's crap, they've had 1 decent poster and it's just a rip off of a John Cassaday Astonishing X-men cover...here's hoping they do something worthwhile. Love the cap cover changes, I think it works well either way.

They're getting a
little bit better. A
little bit. Anyone in this site could make a better one though.

Thanks for the posters, felipe-11! I actually don't hate the second one too much, it's still quite bland and boring, but in comparison to some of the others, it's the best I've seen so far.
Fox is not making it easy to make a cool cover for "First Class..."

Finally!! A trailer that makes "X-Men: First Class" look like it might be a surprise success, despite the best efforts of Fox to continue ruining the franchise!!
http://movies.yahoo.com/feature/x-men-firs...ideo=1#belowNavSome bits of that trailer are just darn cool (Banshee and the uniforms - yes, Singer... a yellow/blue suit can work on film!) and hint that this installment might have some actual substance to the story/characters (something that's been lacking in the X-films since X2).
Now if only they could deliver some spiffier poster art (like the background image on the Yahoo page!)...
