Without any intention of being rude or an a55hole, why don't you just do the same Kernie did with his sample? From all the previews is the best option for that area.

I wanted to use his idea and push myself to make something thats my own and looks good... Not take the easy way out.

Update, with some changes went back to the older suit pattern, Changed the font, and I like it Kernie good choice. Finished the actual SF but I think I need 1 more to even them out.

Maybe try adding a "Color" layer style to your pattern layer (Black at about 50%, Multiply blend mode). Should reduce some of the purple hues you're getting at the moment.

Also, reduce the kerning (letter-spacing) on your tagline so the letters are a bit closer together. Then Transform>Scale the whole tag to fill the space appropriately. I know I'm nitpicking, but the devil is in the details (I never quite understood that expression, but whatever...).

As for an extra SF to balance both columns out, when I get stuck in this situation, I usually use something generic like:

"Anamorphic Widescreen Presentation: Enhanced for 16x9 Televisions"
"Languages & Subtitles: English, Français & Español"
"Interactive Menus"
"Scene Selections"
"Previews for Other Sony DVDs and Blu-rays"

Yadda, yadda, yadda. As long as you're listing correct information (like that the BD actually has Spanish language/subtitles), this is an easy solution... :D :D :D

Really loving how this is shaping up!!! :thumb:

So besides a few minor things to do like clean up tobey's hair and work on goblins colours and have the right info at the bottom, I think the back is pretty much done. Added a custom credit block, took bits from all movies (way too many ppl to fit in). What say you good friends??

I'm sorry...the credits...they're not working....

Not trying to be a dick, just trying to help you make the great cover look even greater! ;)

The credits are too distracting. My eye goes right to them. Try Accreditation. I think part of the problem is that you have weird areas where the small text should be on top of one another, and you have it next to each other.

For instance... you have (disregard the "----", stupid forum won't let me spacebar over!):
"Special Visual
----------------- Effects by"

Where it should probably be:
"Special Visual
-----Effects by"

Sadly, even if you fix that, I think the font is too much (and the white makes it too bright). The awesomeness of the rest of the back cover is overshadowed by how strong and distracting the credit block is. I understand wanting to use that font for the credits, but I agree with filmaddict, it's not working at the moment.

As for a nitpick?

Vertically center the tagline between the top of the synopsis and the top edge of the cover. It's too far above the synopsis right now.

Otherwise, I love everything from the bottom of the stills/web frame up! Gotta fix the credits and make sure the legals are correct, though! :D :D :D

It's a cool font for sure, but it looks a little crazy bro... by that i mean my eye is drawn right to the credits because it's kinda messy.. Accreditation is a lot neater. keep it simple down there - neat and tidy :)

Ahhh.... blame JR anyway. :D :D :D

EDIT: Actually, don't blame JR... seems what he provided had the correct alignment. It's not your fault either, these goofy credit fonts have a mind of their own sometimes when PS imports them...

Just watch out for things like that in the future... :D :D
