Ok just my thought so far, I like the features where you have them now.
I personally don't think you need the box behind them TBH, however I think what might looks good is if you tried to justify the features, like the synopsis is and put just a line, the colour of what the box is, between the features and the synopsis

Much better!! I like and prefer this new layout!

One thing you could work... align the features text with the synopsis (see sample) and then adjust the special features line with the quote but keep the features list where they are now. With that you'll increase the leading between the special features line and the features above.
