Here's two covers that I've had on the back burner for months. I just couldn't find the right way to approach it with the artwork that was available and I couldn't think of anything to put where the logo on the back usually goes. Damn these comic books that don't have iconic logos associated with them!!

Anyway, this one gets brought up a lot when mentioning what I still have left to do, so I hope there's some interest for "Swamp Thing" and "The Return of Swamp Thing!" I'd like to do covers for the TV series and the short-lived animated series as well, but I can't find much in the way of useable resources.

Enjoy!!! :D :D :D

She's so happy to be getting carried away by Swamp Thing! :lol2:

Impressive as always. :)

One thing I thought of, have you tried http://www.ha.com/ for images? It would seem like some of these comic book subjects would be a perfect fit. Signing up for a free account they usually provide large, watermark-free scans of cool stuff. :) Comic scans or movie posters or stills, maybe you'll luck out. :)

fantastic additions Kernie. I'm happy to be the first one to downloaded these and rate these. Now I can replace the horrible retail covers I have with these.

As for the cartoon i would love to see that but as you said the resources aren't really there I've been looking for years and still haven't been able to find much. But if I do find anything I'll be sure to send it your way.

Nicely done! Been waiting for you to tackle these, if only to see how you'd handle them.

Thanks for the Swamp Thing covers Kernie. They are a welcome addition and I've been waiting for a decent matched set for some time. Great work as usual.

Another fine addition, didn't expect these, thought your next cover would have a little Loki included :) ,

The logo on the back looks great, you've done fine job with what resources you have found

Thanks

Okay, so here's another one that's extremely early, but oh well... hey, it's almost 2011, right? Not much longer to wait for these summer flicks to start up again! :D :D :D

Anyway, I give you "Thor!" I didn't care for the recent black/white/red teaser poster that Marvel put out, so I put the keyart together myself from a piece of concept art that's been floating around the net for some time and I rebuilt the TT from the recent theatrical trailer. Like with Green Lantern, if a cooler, better poster is revealed closer to the film's release, I'll make an alternate version of the cover (and of course, update it when official DVD/BD specs are revealed next fall).

I know it's a bit of tease putting this cover together so early, but at least it's part of the collection. Now I'm just waiting for more stuff for Captain America to surface, I know there's concept art out there as well, but I'll hold off because that stuff looked a bit more illustrative/conceptual than actual photorealistic artwork.

Enough rambling... here's Thor! DVD and Blu-ray available.
