I probably wouldn't use it but it's indeed a great inovation.
About the lack of comments, perhaps we could improve a rule: comment to download. However this could end with a lot of comments saying "Many Thanks" or "Thanks for sharing", same that happens at r1db. Well, forget it, let's stay like we are now

We couldn't enforce comments, but we could encourage. But then what incentive could you offer to those that do comment?
