Gallery Changes
All good suggestions, and duly noted. The largest problem we have, is most changes in the gallery require php programming. This makes it very difficult to make even the smallest changes (as I don't have a clue about PHP) We know how we would want the gallery, but at the moment are struggling to get it exactly how we want.
This is actually a good time for me to ask if there is any members of this site that have advanced PHP skills. If so, please drop me a line!

is php the reason it takes sooo long now for humiliation or approval too. Why change to a system you know nothing about? One thing I eally would like to come back is the ability to delete an upload you may have done by mistake (picking the worng img or such,as I have done recently) I was able in the past to delete those and re up the proper ones which was cool. Now no dice once their in their in.

I am making some enquiries, to get a coder to customise the gallery some more. Especially to change the way different groups can upload.
I would like to have your ideas, on anything that you would like implemented into the gallery. For example, an automated email each time you have a submission rejected. I can't promise your suggestions will be used, but I will give them serious consideration.

Have I missed this thread?
How about more of an an "innocent until proven guilty" attitude? Let contributors upload until they upload one or two bad ones and THEN route their stuff into checking until they learn better.
I've heard it said that people who can't be bothered to read the rules deserve public humiliation and I agree, but people who have consistently uploaded without any hitches shouldn't be tarred with the same brush.
