I think it's looking a lot better, but the spine picture is too big atm as you can see (for the preview spine at least). Also, how about moving the characters on the back further up and also move the screen captures a bit higher and make the characters head go on top of the screen caps bar. I would make the semi transparent box a little bigger as it has no room on the top of the credits atm. I can make a better example for you tomorrow.
Is the whole thing one picture or is all the characters individual pictures?

This is looking better now
A few suggestions I have...
1. On the front decrease the size of the title a little bit, some breathing room is always a good thing.
2. The tagline on the front is very hard to read, try putting it at the bottom, in all caps and spanning across with letter spacing.
3. On the back the synopsis gets a little lost due to the bright background, maybe try a darker colour for the text or maybe an effect on the whole cover to make it less bright?
4. The transparent box behind the credits, add a bit of space to the top if it as the credits are way too close to it.

I'd lose the stills. The way you're doingbit the crawler's legs look outta place.
Maybe adding just two still on the right and keeoing the crawlee's legs and maybe adding a Special features temporary box(just invent some features as the supplements are still unknown.
I think that would omprove the cover.
The overall look is really great. I think you just need to arrange the elements of the back

Trouble is the background image used on this cover is a poster, these are not separate characters, so manipulation the image would be quiet hard, first having to cut the characters out then cloning in the missing silhouette of the character.
