Still seems dark to me, do you have a stroke or glow on it? as it looks like it does to me, if so you really ought to remove that IMHO

Might take a look at the synopsis formatting now, you have a narrow column with a lot of tiny text in it and due to the justification it's creating "rivers" or runs down thru the whole paragraph a couple nearly run top to bottom but there is a lot of wide space words on there, take a look here:

I created some text on the same scale and justified as well, notice it does not have rivers,.
Reason is I adjusted the "tracking" or the space between letters a bit and the pt size down just a bit from where you are, there is really no hard set rule on this that works every time as fonts vary in many ways.
Therefore you just have to "tweak" the text settings until you get what you want, I've had to switch font weights before ( heavier/lighter) or in a few cases just rewrite some of the text in order to deal with like large words that were causing problems but generally by moving the font pt size up and down in tiny increments and moving the tracking as well will yield a combo that works.

I changed out the synopsis. Can this work?

The only word that's being spaced up (not sure what you call it in english) is alongside.
