Thanks everyone, I'm looking into buying Acoustica and the HP Photo paper. I think the major problem with my printer was the borderless option, like bluesnow mentioned.

These are the settings i use with undercoverxp and print just fine.
you may need to edit as the default spec is slightly smaller.

You need to ensure you are not using any printer features such as borderless printing, or fit to page
