Of course, Gollum will be on the picture. Already has a place as well, just need to cut out. :D
The Pale Orc goes to the bottom left corner. I don't know anything else yet. :)

Maybe it's too crowded. Maybe Elrond and Galadriel shouldn't be on it, just the top three character, and a little bigger maybe few eagle on the background (if I find good quality pictures of them).

Great work C! You might be right about Eldron & Galadriel, atm they look a bit lost in the composition. The Pale orc looks good, besides the background.

I think other characters should be a bit smaller around the main central figure - that's why it looks a little crowded. :)

I cut out Galadriel and try to aligning characters. Still have a hole between the Orc and Gollum. I don't know what should I put there.
