Great start (again) Magnus! I'd like to see some natural colors instead of the sepia tone. I like the font but not for this title. In fact i think you could try a retro/vintage title for this :)

I'm open for suggestions regarding the font :) As for the colors think I'm gonna leave it like this. The filters I use "kill" most of the colors and leave the images almost completely desaturated, meaning I would have to color every single character from scratch...

Would, just out of curiecity like to see the more natural colors, but I really don't mind the sepia tone. :)

Thanks bud :)

Great work so far!
The filters you've used are looking very nice again.

Great project again Magnus.

Maybe a little more sharpness:

Thanks guys :)

Mat: Yes, I'm planning on applying a top filter to all the characters after I've added everyone. Your preview looks cool :)

I'm struggling a bit with the typography. Do you think this font (and TT color) works better? I've also removed the "Includes..." text and gone with "Trilogy" instead.

I think the font before was better.
But the new color is definitely wrong for me. Doesn't fit with the rest i think.

tt in post 7 is better IMHO, how does it look in white? and maybe the movie titles not slanting?

IMO, this is awesome work that is unfortunately becoming cluttered with large, similarly-sized heads.

It lacks a focal point and a circular flow. My eye doesn't know who to look at first, because the head-size doesn't vary much, making them all fight for dominance. Once I do pick a starting point, my eye isn't sure where to go next. A good layout has a focal point that grabs the viewer's attention and then leads the eye to other areas, hitting all important elements, and leading you back to the original focal point in a circular fashion.

For example...

[attachment=26434:indy_flow.jpg]

Notice how the characters/heads are all varied in size, sometimes showing more/less of the body than others. The focal point is obviously, the big head of Indiana Jones; where nearly everyone will look first and serving as a "starting point" for the design. Also notice how there are subtle visual cues that tell the viewer where to look next. These could be as simple as the wrinkle to the left of Indy's nose pointing the way to Blanchett's character. Blanchett's sword leads the eye downward to the two small character heads, the two heads are positioned so that they lead the eye towards the skull, the light rays from the skull pull your eye towards it, then the steps of the temple lead your eye down. The spear in the hands of the tribal guy points down to the left side of the TT, you read the TT left to right where Indy's leg is carefully positioned to lead your eye back up to the full-bodied Indy. Full-bodied Indy's eyeline points you to the right, where the highlights of Mutt's bike lead you up further to his face. Mutt's eyeline then points you right back to where you started: the big Indy head (a.k.a. - the focal point)!

At the moment, this layout has excellent-looking elements, but no focal point or flow. I'm sure you'll be able to make this work and I apologize for the lengthy description above. :D :( I'm sure you already understood about focal point and flow, but for anyone reading this who might not, I hope this helps. :D

--

Of course, this flow is not present in 100% of designs, nor is it always a recipe for success. Some designs have a more subtle flow, whereas this Indy example is a bit more obvious.

Thanks for the input, Kernie.

I've re-arranged the characters and added the last two + run a couple of sharpening filters over the whole composition.

Another attempt at the TT. Still think the one in post #7 is better? I've also left out some of the text. Everyone knows that a "Trilogy" contains all three films I suppose, so the official text is a bit overkill imo.
