Thanks for the feedback guys
I've placed Ma Ma behind Dredd and added Dredd on the bike = two Dredd's in the composition. I feel that he's 85% of the movie and deserves being there twice, and I love that bike image. Wanna add a action scene between the bike and Anderson (you're correct JR), but haven't found a good one yet.
As for the background I'm still working on it. Not sure what to use yet...

How would it look with the TT behind Dredd and Mama (moving it to the top, moving the montage down)?

I'd try to replace the muzzle flash of the girl's gun. Right now it looks like a Flammenwerfer
EDIT: I'd align the title even.

Perhaps have the frame extend up under the TT (about halfway)?

Very nice work i like the color, the filter, the composition all on this beauty !!! Maybe just change the color of the frame for purple or red !? Just try it for see maybe it will not look good... anyway cant wait to see more my friend !

Muzzle flash toned down and I'm pretty sure the TT is aligned. Or did you mean rotate it so it's horizontal?

Tried, but ended up ditching the frame

Done! Added some blur to the wheels, dust behind the bike and some subtle "speed lines".
Thinking it looks better without a frame?
Edit: I see now that the TT lacks a little pop, I'll sort it out
