One important point about NikeRun is that his WIP threads tend to yield a great deal beyond a finished cover (...even when they don't end in a finished cover ). He's actively learning, exploring options, and showing his work and thought process along the way such that people "watching" might end up gaining as much from the WIP as he does.
Add to that his plentiful suggestions within others' threads, and he's one of the most active (and actively designing) members here, along with being one of the most valuable Contributors.
If he can add more covers to the Finished column, it's easy to imagine Cover Designer and Master Designer votes being unanimous as well.
