Not sure what retail art you're looking at, BD, but I think the Region 1 Blu-ray art is absolutely dreadful and could use a few good customs here in our gallery.
It's already been raised to iconic status on a few lists/forums out there. I won't say it's the best poster of all time, but it's the defining image... so far. ;)

I'm excited to see people step up and create something different from that design and the white background variant. Tracing hair is time-consuming, times six. Comedy is very difficult. And that's what gives this the potential for the most interesting HiResChallenge yet.

I'm tempted to enter just to see if I can create anything remotely decent. How many original comedy designs have any of us done?

The gauntlet has been thrown down, let's see who picks it up.

Oh. You were discussing the front! Doh!

Ok. Are there more than the two (white background/brick wall background)??

Oh, and Bazz - will the Winner receive the pink BD case to boot?

Now that we know that there's a pink edition available, we can count with 2 or 3 covers from JR :D

You bet. I am already working on my first. I am sure numbers 2 and 3 will be coming over the next few months....

Oh, wait! Did you mean a cover for the Challenge? :chin: Sorry to disappoint you. I know how much you love Pink - but I can't stand her music, so no cover from me! :P

I think Tim has a point in that the original poster is pretty awesome (for a comedy) so the front will be pretty challenging in terms of originality. Luckily the retail back SUCKS so theres plenty of room for improvement there!

And I was wanting to make a cover for this one anyway so count me in :D
