Thanks guys. I like the TT at the bottom better myself. Haven't finished the TT as it was just for placement. I do like the look on the original post though so I may go with that.
The sunglasses idea is pretty cool, but not sure I could pull that off.

Oh a really cool effect that would increase the coolness of the cover would the put the characters standing in the fire infront of the skull (with flares, lighting effects and smoke)

Small update. Don't know if I like the "Schwarzenegger" at the top. Maybe a different color.... I'm also thinking of adding more flames higher on the spine so it's completely under the TT to help it pop more.

Not sure about the name. perhaps it's the layer style, drop shadow and colour? How would it look in black?

Agreed with JR and LCD... the new TT is awesome!!
But like JR, I don't care for the styling on the name. Why not style it the same as the TT? It might end up a bit too dark against the Terminator skull, but you can probably subtly dodge the areas of the skull behind any hard-to-read spots to make the text stand out more. Rather than putting light text on a darker background, sometimes it's a better solution to use darker text and lighten the background... Just a thought...
