Prove myself

After about 5 months in the site, and trying to learn as much as possible, here it's my submission for the contributor position. Although I hadn't even touched photoshop 6 months ago, this hobby is becoming really addictive. Now my aim is not to create all-new covers, but to recover original theatrical/VHS art, whenever it's replaced by poorly chosen/designed covers, or even good ones, but the old remain in my memory (as in Flash Gordon).

Please, honest criticism is the only way for me to enhance future covers, so...

OK, some of your image extraction work needs sorting out but, you will pick that up as you progress.
Your overall idea of updating using VHS art is good one.

Thanks for the kind comments (and votes, of course!). You're right about the image extraction. Perhaps sometimes its both my low skills and the low quality of some art, but as you said, experience will sort this.

It's funny, I said that aboout the VHS art, and didn't include for proving the Flash Gordon version I made directly inspired by the Spanish VHS. Anyway thanks for the comment about that.

And perhaps you've noticed, english isn't my language, so excuse the barbarisms I may write. Please, more comments will be most welcome.
