standard dvd-6 cases (14 mm)

Hello,

I'm looking for dvd boxes which can hold 6 cd's/dvd's and do have a 14 mm spine.
I found a site which does have these sizes but they only ship to the United States and Canada.
I live in the Netherlands.
Now my question is, do you know any sites which do have these dvd case sizes and also ship to the Netherlands?
Or any dutch sites (for the dutch people among us)?
