no it's simply a case where the head as replaced is turned in a different direction giving the body a slight hunched look, personally I think it's fine, but alot of better eyes out there may disagree, I don't often change faces, so best I could wonder is maybe a slight skew for correction?

See, this is why I needed to post the WIP, I needed some fresh un-biased eyes.

Actually, if you have a look at the image I used for Cotillard's body -- an actress from the '30s named Jean Arthur -- I'd say the face on the original looks less natural than the new Photoshop. Bale, to be honest, was just me guessing and making little changes until things seemed right. I think that's where his shoulder would be if his arms were placed like that and he was looking to his right. His head does seem kind of big, but then if you look at it against the size of his hands, it would look tiny if I made it any smaller. It's tricky... makes me wish the photography was more expansive.
