How do I get the sides lined up perfectly or as close as possible when cutting the paper with a trimmer? I tried some tests on some normal paper and noticed that it is difficult to get the slice straight.

Maybe use a ruler alongside the rotary trimmer or razor blade.

the odd thing about the wheel cutter is like Baz says - they are really cheap now. when my blade wore out and i needed a new one it was cheaper to buy the whole thing then the replacment cutter :lol2: :chin:

Just tried a ruler but the thing moves around to much side to side where the cut doesn't come out straight. Thanks iCoty anyone else have any other tricks or tips to solve this problem ?

Tried cutting examples and for some reason the blade doesn't always cut the first time or even second time sometimes ? Why is this ? I am putting as much pressure as possible on the paper but I don't have much weight to put on it being at only 115 pounds.
