Where's The Buttons?

I can't find the buttons (those in Skallywag's tutorial) in order to upload my covers. :blink: Where are they?
Do i have to do something else, before i can upload my covers?

The tutorial is only for resident artists. You may upload by using the normal link in the gallery.
