Should we make a list of all the elements involved? Then assign a part to each person taking part? ie, Title, Features, etc

Should elements such as legal and logos (including spine) all be in one? There isn't much to do if all you have to do is paste some logos on the spine :P

I will volunteer for the Special Features, if no one else wants to do it!
