I find using a treadmill helps , as for opening up cs3 I would say seconds :D

@ home takes forever, but funny enough at work on a kak machine takes + - 3 seconds, Thing is im running vista at home and xp at work, must be vista (really made a big mistake installing that softwear)

about 15 -20 seconds

its on the same drive as windows. going to move it to its own drive and use it by its own on a smaller drive. give it a little freedom from the os might speed it up a bit...
