Just wondering if there are any other NFL fans that frequent this site. As you can tell by my avatar, I am a die hard Vikings fan. Of course, I haven't had a whole lot to brag about in the past 10 years or so...then along comes Adrian Peterson. 296 yds again the Chargers this weekend! As a Rookie! Now, if we can just find a quaterback....

Did see the game last night, plus the colts vs patriots game (of course), and really enjoyed seeing Peterson rush about 6 times as much as LT, and 296 must be a rookie record.
on of the better Vikings games I have seen.
My covers may only be viewed on well calibrated screens and printed on well calibrated printers.

Actually, 296 is the new single game rushing record for any NFL game, period. The previous record was 295 by Jamal Lewis. He was two yards shy with about 60 seconds left in the game, and Coach Childress put him back in just so he could get the record.

I actually missed the Colts-Pats game, I wished I could have seen it, I'll bet it was good. My kids were up from their nap at that point and don't let Dad get away with football for hours on end. Can't wait until my son is old enough to enjoy the games...then watching football will be classified as "quality time".

I'm a Steelers fan, myself. They aren't doing too bad this year... Of course they haven't played New England yet... Blah, blah, blah... I don't get to watch much football anymore, but it is fun when I do!!! (Steelers destroyed the Ravens last night, but I don't think that's anything to brag about at this point.) I just hope it's not Pats/Colts superbowl.

Hey Fub, I'll be at the Giants/Vikings game. Look for me on TV, I'll be the drunk guy in the Giants jersey. Should be easy, no? :D

Gutterballs: what the hell happened to Willie Parker last night? Screwed my fantasy team. I needed a 100 yard/2 TD night from him and got crappola instead. Dammit

Sorry (sarcasm) to see your team falling apart (Freeney, Harrison) w/o Harrison, Peyton seems a bit on edge lately.

Not possible we are both in the AFC so can't play in the Superbowl. (And if we did, we'd just beat them again like earlier in the season)

This year our incredible offense will be taking the following NFL records:

Most TD thrown in a single season (T.Brady)
Most TD receptions in a single season (R. Moss)
Most Point scored in a single season (by atlest 65pts more than current record)
Most points scored in a single game (100pts vs the Jets.....haha.....You know Bill is just going to make you and your team look as if your a high school squad)

Finally, just because the PATS are averaging 41.1 PTS/G doesn't mean where disrespecting you or your franchises! Both teams pay their players millions of dollars/year to play in the NFL, so just do what you're payed for an show up an play some football, because we are going to both play Offense and Defense. If your team isn't, then just like the other 10 teams so far this season you are going to lose and lose big!!

GO PATS!
