Is there a template to create a specs box like the one shown? or do I have to create it from scratch?

There are many templates with this on, just grab the templates and you will see it at the bottom left of the cover.

This is "FOX" Spec Box with a slightly different font sizes. download the FOX template and you'll get it. i'm sure templates for all common companies are already available here. but if you wanna make a rare company template with a spec box like this, use "Line Tool" (photoshop) with 4px (normally) to draw lines and "Combi Symbols DV", "WHV", "DVD font" and "Illustrate IT" font for logos or download .EPS logos from HERE. the font used in above for spec info is "Futura MdCn BT" and "Futura BdCn BT". anything else just ask :)
