Thanks so much, friends!
I know these older movies are kind of a hard sell, so I really appreciate you taking the time to have a look and appreciate all of your encouraging comments.
Thanks again, everyone!

Thanks, Curt! I'd like to think that if someone has both versions this 4K cover will find a happy home next to your Blu-ray cover.ctaulbee wrote:QUOTE (ctaulbee @ Nov 12 2025, 07:11 PM) a feast for the eyes, I love it!![]()
If you saw all of the terrible unfinished attempts, you'd tell me to run back to practicing as fast as possible.chouette wrote:QUOTE (chouette @ Nov 12 2025, 09:54 PM) Right, like you need colorizing practice
That's so cool to hear! I hope you found some good ones you like! They can be hard to connect to, but it's exciting when one hits you in the right mood and you forget it's not in color.Kellevra wrote:QUOTE (Kellevra @ Nov 13 2025, 01:42 PM) These covers are what got me started watching black and white movies
I was a little disappointed it didn't fit in the spine image, but happy it could at least go on a disc label.VincentLupo wrote:QUOTE (VincentLupo @ Nov 13 2025, 01:44 PM) The ice cream cone is cool even if it didn't make it into the final design.
Thanks again, everyone!

What can be said about this has already been said by all of the above, Tim! Such a splendid cover - coloring is top notch - and the laoyt, classic, cool and clear! Well done!

This one is outstanding and so damn good. There is nothing more to say about your skills bringing these old images to life.
The artwork on the front and back also looks as if the scenes were shot exactly as depicted.
For me, there are no inconsistencies in both scenes; they simply look perfect.
And I also envy your ability to always choose the right and appropriate fonts. I wish I could do that too.
