Robert's prove thread.
Hi folks,
I was away for a bit and my contributor status lapsed. Looking to get it back. Here are some samples of my recent submissions:
Custom covers.
These are my own designs.
The Substance Custom
Good German Custom
Wag the Dog Custom
Emilia Perez Custom
Custom re-creations:
These are fully rebuilt using a new elements, trying to match the retail design as closely as possible.
The 'Apes' one was particularly tricky, since I couldn't any images to reasonably match the main image
on the back, so I had to cobble together a replacement using about a dozen discrete elements.
Anora Re-creatiion
Eddington Re-creation
Kingdom Planet Apes Re-creation
Custom multi-film:
These are my own designs, often using retail covers for a style guide.
I like to include art, title block, specs and synopsis for each title, and try
try to make sure the individual sections work together, style-wise, as a whole.
Gladiator 1 & 2 Custom
Moana 1 & 2 Custom
Labels:
I find that stock movie posters often aren't ideal for labels, mostly because of the center hole.
The Fall Guy and Eddington labels below look like their generic studio posters, but each has been
considerably manipulated to reposition elements so that they fit nicely (IMO) between the
edge and center hole.
The Superman label uses NASA images for the Earth and the starfield background, with custom halo
effects and hilights.
Fall Guy Custom
Eddington Custom
Superman 2025 Custom
Emilia Perez Custom
Thanks for your consideration.
