After Tim posted the tutorial for the smudge tool, I obviously had to try it out.
Didn't use any filters; everything was drawn by hand, and it cost me two pencil leads.
I have to say, the smudge tool is a really cool tool that can easily conceal poor image quality, and it also works great for retouching and especially trimming hair.
I couldn't come up with anything for the specials for a long time. The chart symbolizes the years of the most important events on the x-axis and the development of estimated assets on the x-axis.
This is probably my last cover for the near future so I hope you enjoy it!

I have used the smudge tool on the full resolution images to ensure that all details are taken into account. I didn't do the hair and adjustments until the image was placed on the cover in its final size.
