Synopsis looks better - but lose the hyphenation. Looks better if no words are divided - and personally I prefer if the text fits the whole line. (See attached pic).

That cover is really nice Kat, but needs a bit more work. You'll get the hang of it, no worries.
First rule, never, ever stretch an image or logo to make it fit. Find another solution than stretching or change the image. The new image you have now still shows it was stretch.
When I was learning, Wys suggested to chose a color on the front image to use for the spine and back before I try to do the gradient part.

P.S. We need Curt's beginners tutorials like we had at EFX. Those helped me so much!
