Thought I'd open a wip for this.

Still loads to do, but this is my idea for keyart.

Looking good! Maybe make the Robert Eggers text smaller and if you can make the actor names a bit bigger?

Yea, I'll fix text size once I have keyart down. I don't want the actor's names too close to one another tho.

This is really just a mock up. Still loads to do to blend everything seamlessly together. Some levels, colouring aso. It was rather late last night, haha

Funny, that sometimes you have a clear idea of what you want to do, but when you add the pics together, the artwork takes you on a totally different route

Update...

Maybe too much colour? On the other hand, a vulcano outbreak would produce some light and colour...

What about reducing the red and yellow on him, leaving a rim light of colour, and leaving the background the same?

I like that borders right and left, very nice. :)

And yes, I'd say it's a bit too much saturation and also a bit dark. Maybe a bit too much contrast?

On his face you have lights from the left front so I'd also add them to the rest of the left of his body.

To get some more separation to the background you could add some more (thin) rim lights on his arms and downwards his body. You could also bring out the weapon more clearly. There should be a reflection caused by the fire behind?
