What about instead of the whole of England being on fire/ashes, having the green land back with fires in the major cities?

That would be counterproductive, since the idea is to reproduce the scene from the intro. I will do that or bust lol!

But I did add prominent city names from the period. Is it too cluttered, with the names of the individual kingdoms too?

Also added some more water texture, but really can't decide if it was better without the water?

The names are too small?

And what about the water? Does it work?

Great work so far JR, but i dont think real water works.
googling old maps, id try with something like this:

[attachment=49313:1.jpg][attachment=49311:2.png]

or just around the ships if the whole map makes it to busy looking.

keep at it :)

I meant the preview image you gave us is very small. Full size would be better.

And I agree with Stampe. That is how I imagined you were going to go with this :)

Thanks for the waves. I'll google and se what I can find...

In the meantime I wanted to show this; maybe for the back, next to the synopsis - or as a different front altogether. (nowhere nearly done, still loads to do)

Is this size better Darren? So needy! :razz:

Full size is 2500x3000, so forgive me for not posting that, hehe
