Here I thought we could share our first cover we ever made/uploaded to the site, next to our latest and also what you consider to be your best/favorite cover. I can start to get the ball rolling.

An absolutely horrible cover, it's quite clear that I hardly knew what I was doing. I remember being really happy with that red thing behind the screens that I managed to create

Definitely not what I consider to be my best work, but still not as bad as the one above, I didn't really find the resources I needed to make the cover I was going for, but this was the closest I got.

This is what I consider to be my best work, with the one I made for the first movie right next to it, I think it's the longest time I've ever spent on a cover and a lot of work went into it, trying to compete with the best designers here ain't easy as the level of quality is insanely high. This one got 3rd place btw.

Thanks Bazzah and ripley for the inspiration :)

You have become one fantastic artist. My first cover is so bad, I almost quit but saw inspiration from Pam and decided to try again.

My favourite of your covers in the gallery is Birds of Prey: And the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn (2020)

And my least favourite of your is Salt tongue.gif

The worst cover I have made, has to be Alfie, made back in 2006.

The cover that I put the most time into, and it was a ridiculous amount of time too, is Avengers: Infinity War. Cutting out all of those characters, colouring them and trying to get the light right etc was sooooo long.

And my personal best has to be The Fate of the Furious. I really enjoyed making this one, and I am happy how it turned out.

+1, you're supposed to post your art buddy :)
PS: Thanks Baz, and hahaha on that back image on top of the characters head as well as the text all over his face
I'm feeling you when it comes to your Avengers cover, but I must say it was worth it. The cover looks fantastic and is up there with the best of them, the same goes for the Fast & Furious cover, it looks truly stunning and I might agree with it being your best cover. I do however wanna shout out these covers as I think they are all stunning masterpieces!

OMG you guys put so much effort and time on your covers, wow! I'm quite the opposite. There is no way that I would spend hours, and hours on just one cover. My level of patience would never allow me this, lol

If you are talking about the first cover on Photoshop, below is probably one of my first one. I did a lot of crappy covers with other software until I met Curt and he practically "forced" me to learn Photoshop... ok maybe not forced but "strongly" suggested. ;) With that said, he helped me a lot to improve myself although he understood very quickly that I would never spend a huge amount of time on a cover, therefore I would never be the master designer he would have liked me to be. I do mostly TV Series, so it's basically always symmetrical designs with not much thinking outside the box.

So "OJ Made in America" was one of my first attempt at Photoshop and the best of my worst :D

My favorite TV Series that I made might be for "The Walking Dead", but nothing out of this world sort of speak. I never watched one single episode of this series but made them for Foggy and also was requested by my oldest son who loved that show.

P.S. Show us that cover Kev, chop chop!! :D

"Hey guys, can we start posting our first, latest and best so we can all see how much progress you've made and also what you consider to be your best cover :) "
For a first/early one, that's pretty good chouette, it gives me a VHS feeling :) Now show us the rest, you as well!

I don’t have many of earliest covers anymore. The oldest of my work on this site is far better than my earliest attempts (even tho horrible, haha)

As for my best cover I cannot choose. Some I still pull down from the shelf to look at and feel the satisfaction I felt upon finishing them back when.

I’ll leave the final choice to you guys; you guys will be far better judges than me. I would be curious to see what would your choice.
