Sign Up When I Already Have Full Acces?

Hey guys, not really sure about this hole payment thing, so i've got these questions if it's alright

apparently i'm already a member with full acces but haven't payed yet?, at least that's what it says on my sub Subscriptions Panel

"ID Details Start Date End Date Paid Status
1326 Hires (Full Access) September 18 2006 September 18 2007 10.00 Pending"

Anyway, now i would like to subscribe for real 'cause i can't view the pictures in full size so i can use them.
But how do i sign up again or how am i supposed to do?
btw, i don't have a credit card or paypal or whatever so i guess i'll haft to pay by post.

now what should I do? I'm sorry if i appear stupid

The reason it is saying you are subscribed, is because you selected the pay by post option on 18th September. Doing this will not give you access to anything, until I have verified I have received payment. I have reset your subscription status, so you can start again.
