For the first time in this life, i don't share your opinion Boss. Except for Season 3 & 4 of Discovery, of course which, it's true, really wasn't terrible at all.
And I won't say what I think of the singing episode in season 01. I simply couldn't seen it entirely....
But i like Captain Pike. It's thanks to this character that I watched the entire season.
So, can't wait to see next season though.

Discovery seems more concerned on 'looking pretty'. I like it, but it is not on the same level for me

I concur. I liked his brief appearance in the Star Trek movie, and think he makes a brilliant Captain. Possibly second to Jean Luc Picard
