Welcome to the club! Nice work for your first! Although I have quite a few covers on this site, I still consider myself a newb compared to these talented artists. It is a great community who lends help whenever needed. If a cover you submit gets rejected (as I have had a few) someone details what needs changed. Mine have been low-res images. I have had some difficult covers where I needed hi-res images and couldn't find. If you do need that, just ask on the forums showing what you are needing and someone will point you in the right direction...or do it themselves.
I agree with the comment about moving the synopsis up. As far as legal stuff, I tend to leave it off. IMO, it does nothing for custom covers. I will use the logos but not the legal jargen. I know many artists here use the legal stuff and that's fine. For me, it takes away from the great artwork being used.

Don't fret, everyone of us made a first cover, the hard part is getting the others done. Oh bye-the-way your cover is excellent.
